Hub Stand Height Setting
Find each corner's Diameter Setting
Measure ride height with the car on its tires, set the Hub Stands to an approximate setting, then measure again on the stands. The difference refines the Diameter Setting for each axle, with left and right averaged, so the car sits on the stands at its true ride height.
Your Hub Mount Plates
Ride height on tires
Measure each corner with the car on its tires, at any repeatable spot near the tire (the pinch weld is common). It is comparative only, so the exact spot does not matter as long as Step 4 uses the same one.
Approximate Hub Stand setting
Each axle's loaded tire diameter. Type a known setting, or estimate it from the tire below.

Set the Hub Stands
Set the Hub Stands to these Diameter Settings, then lower the car onto the base plates, leveling pads or IntelAlign scales.
Ride height on Hub Stands
With the car on the stands, measure ride height again at the same four spots you used in Step 1.

Left and right are averaged on each axle. Refined = approximate setting + (on tires − on Hub Stands) × 2, doubled because ride height moves with the radius while the Diameter Setting is a diameter. Dial each Hub Stand to its figure.
