Precision Hub Stands replace the wheel and tire during setup, so you measure alignment at the hub. That takes tire wear, sidewall flex and rim runout out of every reading, and puts every adjuster within reach.

The suspension positions the hub, not the tire. A tire changes with pressure, wear and load, and a rim can carry runout. Measuring at the hub gives you the number the suspension is actually set to.

Each stand pivots and rolls on two high-capacity ball transfers riding on a hardened stainless steel base plate. There's no tire scrub or sidewall wind-up holding the chassis in a loaded position, so the car settles where the suspension puts it.

Yes. Set the height on the engraved slider and tighten the clamping nuts. The Hub Stand Height Setting calculator works out the right setting from two ride height measurements.

Every package is built to your vehicle's lug pattern. The Lock-A-Lug System uses slots and high-strength aluminum lug washers to fit lug patterns from 100 mm to 130 mm, and we machine custom patterns in house. If your car isn't listed, request a quote and we'll confirm the fitment.

No, just the wheel. On cars with a limited slip differential, the diff can slip as designed while you install the stands.

• Standard: hub-based alignment with a Longacre digital caster/camber gauge and the Laser Alignment System. Requires a level environment.
• Pro: everything in Standard, plus Leveling Pads, the Laser Leveling System and a Ride Height Gauge, for repeatable numbers on any floor.
• Motorsports: the connected system. Four IntelAlign zero-deflection scale bases and four digital camber gauges show corner weights, cross weight and camber at all four corners live on the iPad.

Because the Ball Transfers are so low-friction, the car will drift in an environment that isn't level. Standard needs a level environment. Pro includes Leveling Pads, and the Motorsports scale bases level the car themselves.

Yes. Every package includes one set of Hub Mount Plates built to your lug pattern. For each additional car, add a set of plates, not another set of stands.

Standard and Pro each fit in one Pelican 1630. Motorsports travels in two Pelican 1630s or a CSM Track Box.

With the Laser Alignment System: precision-aligned laser modules read toe on grid plates, accurate to 0.25 mm (0.02°). You watch the reading move as you turn the tie rod, in millimeters, inches, minutes or degrees.

Standard and Pro use a Longacre digital caster/camber gauge reading to 0.1°, mounted on the Hub Mount Plates. Motorsports reads camber at all four corners at once in IntelAlign, in 0.01° increments.

Caster is measured from the change in camber across a set steering angle, 15° each way. The Laser Alignment System's prism attachment sets that angle precisely. On Standard and Pro, the Longacre gauge's built-in caster function does the calculation. On Motorsports, IntelAlign calculates it from the four camber gauges.

The Laser Alignment System references both sides of the car to the same line, so equal toe left and right sets steer-ahead and thrust angle together.

The Laser Leveling System casts a laser line exactly 25 mm above the ground plane. Measure from your ride height reference point down to the line, then add 25 mm. Pro and Motorsports also include a Ride Height Gauge.
